Thursday, Sept 22: Golf at Carmel Valley Ranch

Golf in the scenic Carmel Valley

We'll start with a sit down lunch at the Clubhouse and there'll be time to practice at the driving range and/or putting green before teeing off. Estimated cost is about $100, including lunch. And don't worry — this is an exhibition game—no competition, so you can bring your A, B, C or even Z game!

If you're interested, please email SHS72Golf@hotmail.com and Clint Dyer will be in touch with the details.

Friday Evening, Sept 23:

Friday Night Football!

Meeting place TBD, Friday, 7:00 PM. Join your host Phil Snowdon for a high school tradition, with a Central Coast Section match-up between the Saratoga Falcons versus the Mills Vikings. Our plan is to organize a special section to sit together—especially in honor of the legendary members who played on Saratoga's first CCS championship team in the 1971-1972 season. Are you interested in joining us ? Let us know on the registration form below, so we can keep you updated on the plans.

Saturday, Sept 24, 10 AM: Tour of Saratoga High School

Do you think you'll still recognize your old high school? You won't believe how your campus has been transformed over the past 50 years and into the 21st century! Join us for a tour of the campus, hosted by Phil Snowdon and conducted by Principal Greg Louie, Brian Moran (Class of '71) and current students of SHS. Wander the halls as you try to remember where your locker used to be. If you're interested, please let us know on the registration form below.

Saturday, Sept 24, 1:00 PM: Wine Tasting Tour

Wine Tasting at two local wineries starts at 1pm and lasts till about 3:00 pm. The first stop is Cooper-Garrod Estate Vineyards https://garrodfarms.com/visit/. The second stop is at The Mountain Winery https://www.mountainwinery.com/wine-tasting/. Since they are no more than 10 minutes away and 10 minutes apart, this event is a perfect outing to re-familiarize your selves with the gorgeous and now famous Saratoga foothills. Total time for this event is about 2 hours. The Saratoga Historic Village is only about 12 minutes from the Mountain Winery so you will have lots of time to put your feet up before Dinner.
